Cardiac Consultation

Information for Patients

Thank you for choosing Heart Health Specialist Centre. All of our cardiologists are all Fellows of the Australian College of Physicians. As a patient, you will receive individual attention from our staff and be treated with dignity, respect and professional care.

A Cardiac consultation is a time spent with our Cardiologist to evaluate your cardiac health and to formulate a plan for management going forward. Your cardiologist may ask about your personal and family medical history. During the initial consultation, the cardiologist will perform an electrocardiogram, and physical examination as well discuss your current health concerns, medical and family history. The questioning and examination allow your cardiologist to have a clear understanding of your current health. Your cardiologist may also ask about your diet, exercise habits, and other lifestyle factors.
